The manager I interviewed with made it a long and drawn out process. I'm talking months and months of no communication after in-person interview so you are left wondering where you are in the hiring process. I felt like I was caught between contacting/emailing him too much (and being a nuisance) or not enough.

It was a prompted and recorded submission process. You only had two recorded attempts and if you messed up the first one it automatically submits the second. I had a good first video but figured I would try to make a better one with the second, I stumbled on words and ended it early, but was forced to submit the second one.
