Very protracted process. Requires significant London involvement and coordination. Process lacks autonomy and transparency. No apparent urgency to keep candidate informed of next steps. Management seemed more concerned about process and procedures than about individual contributions and leadership potential.

One on One with hiring manager and VP of department. I also met with HR. HR portion was not helpful nor was it difficult. Benefits, culture, etc....Difficult situations how do you handle in the past, past accomplishments, proof of accomplishments, why do you want to work at SN, does moving to Memphis bother you?
