2nd: Face to with interview questions like describe a time when you dealt with a difficult colleague
3rd: Face to face with presentation. More rigorous interview with specific questions on how I will achieve the goals of my team.

Phone screen with HR, Then self-paced interview that the hiring manager reviews. From there the hiring manager will set up an interview with you.
HR is not very communicative with you and will ghost then send a generic rejection email when the position is filled.

Interview on teams with hiring manager, followed by HR interview and senior sales manager. Casual and relaxed. No unusual questions just a constructive conversation about the role and how my background fits within it.
