to be honest it was a great experience. unlike other BPO's that the treatment was useless. SMILES was great. from the moment you step in the gate you will feel welcome, from every person you see greets you with a smile.

As you arrived at the gate. I was welcomed by the friendly guard who guided us to where I have the waiting area for the assessment. I was welcomed by Sir John the recruitment specialist. I had a wonderful experience.
