I dont really remember, but it was okay. Not too complicated, just basic questions related to the experience you have in the customer service area and if you're comfortable with customers.

First step is to write an e-mail with information of a case they will be giving you.
Then if it is well written you will have an interview with Team Captain, the questions are nothing out of the normal, just be positive!
