My resume was found online and the regional manager's office contacted me by phone. I did 2 phone interviews then was referred to one location for an interview with the general manager. Then I was called into another location for a second interview. During the final interview I was given a choice of 3-4 different phrases to choose from, then was given a scenario for the chosen phrase and asked to explain how I would react and handle the scenario.
