It was a fairly simple interview process. I interviewed right before Smartsheet finalized whether it would go private led by BlackRock. The first round was with the recruiter who asked standard HR questions and took me through relevant organizational details. The second round was with the hiring manager which was a free flowing conversation regarding my experience.
