Pretty difficult. The TA Team seemed to lack understanding on the role they're hiring for which is an extreme red flag when they are the ones responsible for the initial screening of the talent coming through. I asked very basic questions in regards to the role and how it's set up and they seemed to have no clue and even gave incorrect answers based on what the hiring manager then explained.
