Entretien
It started with a phone screening, was pretty easy, questions about my experience and goals. Next I was invited for an panel interview, I met with 4 interviewers:
Two Support Team Managers
Technical Support Specialist
Technical Customer Support Specialist
Basic questions were performed, all related to customer service, situations and options. Interviewers were friendly but very focused and taking much of notes on every answer I provided. I was asked next to showcase the sample projects I prepared for the interview. They ask you to do that even if you never touched the product. I presented two samples.
Again, interviews were very focused and take notes on every move I do, which felt a bit under pressure. They all have poker face so you don't really know how do they feel about your answers.
I next was asked to complete a task, they provided me with a file and asked me to search the help center to find the answer, the question was how to set a global reminder for all assigned people in the sheet, the sheet was a sample of a party plan, every person has a task to do. The reminder should send an email to all of them at once, automatically, a day before the event. I was able to do the task using the help center. The help center is very easy to use.
The usual recruiter hyping you up to the moon and then when the long interview process is over, not bothering to give an update or even send a rejection letter unless you ask for it yourself. The usual for this day and age I guess. On to the next.

Worst interview I've ever had in over 30 years. Waste of time which seems to be the norm from reading all the other reviews. Initial phone screen with recruiter was great. Recruiter acted happy and interested to talk with you and excited that you are excited about the company. Interview with hiring team was like being set up for failure. They start with a mock call on a subject you know nothing about, which then sets the tone for the remaining interview in which they ask you garbage questions that don't give you an opportunity to show who you are. They are coming off back to back interviews and their disinterest and irritation shows. They show noticeable visual disinterest in your answers, no smiles, no positive or active listening cues. They're not meeting to get to know you, they're just looking for specific answers that don't indicate if you can handle or be successful in the role. I spent a week preparing and learning about the company. Had to take time off from my current job for the interview. They never asked or spoke about the company or asked me about myself or anything about my work history or why I thought Id be a fit for the role. I walked away from this interview thinking I'd never want to work for these 2 people that represent their department so poorly.
