I applied and they contacted me relatively fast, after one week or so. there was screening with HR with typical questions, the recruiter was very friendly, positive and polite, as though all my answers were perfect with the exception of salary expectations, where he asked if I would have flexibility there. Even though that later I discovered that I would not move to the next stage, it was overall a good experience
