3 stages. First with HR, then with Team Leads and finally with CTO. Mix of both technical and strengths questions. Everyone was very polite. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Its not a very strict formal interview, nor is it an informal one. Its a great balance of both. They are very honest with what they expect for this role.
