Candidates are asked to perform a practical interview. They are to bring in a live model to perform a haircut and color service on. After the candidate has completed the practical interview, the manager and candidate will sit down in a quite location to do the face to face interview.

Easy process. Hire from within so just let management know if your interested in moving up and look on the website for management positions. There is an assessment which is pretty standard and an interview with an area supervisor
