1. Phone Call - the recruiter called me after reviewing my application and chatted with me to see if I would be worth interviewing. 2. Second Interview - it was so pleasant. They were so nice and interested in talking to me even hyped me up saying that I was a very impressive candidate, which is why i was confused on how I didnt get the job. 3. Offer : after the second interview they didn't even reach back out to me to tell me I didn't get the job. I had to contact them! I was so frustrated by this because they did not take the time to let me know...I feel like for all the time I spent preparing and going lengths to interview, I should have gotten ATLEAST an email first. ugh.
