I initially had a call with the recruiter which went well, then had a call with a director which also went well. The call ended with “I look forward to seeing you at the next stage”. Then it went silent. Emails and LinkedIn messages were ignored. Which, for a recruitment software company, is awful. Weeks went by and once I finally got a reply from the recruitment team, all they said was the lack of communication was “not ideal”. Absolute awful candidate experience.
