      Initial call with HR followed by call with Head of Product then nothing, no feedback or updates. For a company that prides itself on candidate experience for their customers, they should tske a leaf out of their own book

      Had an AI screening interview, it was quite off putting. The job spec also said you don't need AI/Machine Learning experience necessarily,but an interest, but yet in screening they asked for an example of delivery and technical challenge. I also keep seeing the job readvertised numerous times, so they might want to adjust the AI robot screener or understand why they are not finding the candidate they may be looking for, they may need to adjust their expectations. As in the current climate where there are a lot of experienced people available, it raises red flags of the company.

      The interviews themselves were ok. Usual product questions, although process was tiring - 5 stages + exercise. The last stage interview was not good though as I was dismissed after just one question as if the decision was already made before speaking to me. No wonder why the job role post changed from Product manager to mid/senior to senior in the 5 weeks I was in the process. 5 interviews including building a prototype to present and the feedback was that they needed a senior in the field. Something that they should have considered before I believe. It feels unprofessional to change the role while hiring and shows that the company didn't really know what they wanted/needed.
