Unprofessional. They sent out an interview invitation but I didn’t get it. I had to follow up and then finally received the link to join virtually. All messages were sent over Indeed, which isn’t really the normal way employers go. Interviewer was in a noisy environment while on Google Meet. Felt as though questions were being thought of on the spot.
