The interview with the HR person was great, but they use a really strange Numerical Reasoning Test where you have to answer 20 questions in 20 minutes. It's impossible to even read all of the questions in less than 5 minutes, because there are also graphs without accurate measurements on them, so the whole thing is just to see how many questions you can answer before the time runs out (I couldn't even read the last 4 ones). The questions don't have much relevance to the job position and I really don't see the point of this assessment, especially when they're basing whether you're going to proceed to the next interview entirely on passing this. At least give 40 minutes so that people don't feel that they're in a speed reading competition.
