There were three rounds of interviews for an entry-level position stretched out across a month and a half, and after all that, they couldn't even bother to send an email letting me know they'd selected somebody else. I had to ask if a decision had been made to find out. Complete disregard for my time.

Two rounds. One with Manager and on with the Director. Very straight forward. Met in a large conference room. Asked about how I thought I would help the program grow and my strengths.
