There was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. After that I filled in a bunch more words because Glassdoor seems to think there is NO WAY you can describe a straight forward process in less than 30 words. I find that amusing.

I was given a business case in advance along with 5-6 questions and asked to analyze the case as part of the interview. Also given some standard questions during the interview such as tell me about yourself etc. here are a few more words to fill in the arbitrary requirement
