For my role there were 3 stages to the recruitment process based at the Head Office. A very thorough process including an Assessment Centre day with other candidates and then two subsequent 'panel' interviews. I was introduced to various employees including Senior Leaders over the 3 stages. A very fair and thorough process that provides candidate and company an opportunity to assess suitability.
