The interview process wasn't difficult. I submitted my resume online and one week later I got an invitation to have an in-person interview. After the interview, it took another week until I heard back from the HR person. The atmosphere is very casual and the interview was more like a natural conversation. The HR Manager asked me about previous employment and some questions to know more about my personality.
