The interview process starts off with a quiz. After the quiz is the interview portion where they asked the usual strength, weakness, and what would you do in the situation. Be careful not to bring anyone into their building. I brought my girlfriend into the building because I didn’t want her staying outside since it was dangerous. I was declined the job for bringing my girlfriend inside. She didn’t even go inside the office, just waited outside next to the door. Jessica Kim was the interviewer during that time.

easy and straightforward. standard behavioral questions and scenarios. Just use the STAR method and you will be okay. It was 1 interview with the supervisor and then a waiting period before the decision but results may vary

Had an initial zoom call with a talent acquisition partner that I thought went well. The following day I chose my availability to meet with two of the, what I assume to be, managers for the position. The second interview was a couple of days later but only 1 of the people scheduled to be there was on the call until she asked if someone else could "sit in" for the interview. I found it a bit rude that neither of them had their camera turned on for the zoom interview while I did and was just sitting there staring at myself awkwardly the entire interview. She claimed she was "camera shy". Well so am I but this is a job interview so you deal with it like any other interview. The questions she asked didn't seem all that thought out and she kept saying I guess I am having a hard time trying to make what I am trying to say into a question. I felt this made some of my answers possibly not as good as they could have been. She also kept asking what hours I could work, I believe fishing for me to say I am available overnight since that was some of the hours they needed. I ended up asking what hours are needed. They want a deal hunter always online, which I understand but that isn't something I am interested in working all night for $18/hour. Also, when I asked several questions she kept saying good question and I couldn't decide whether she actually thought it was a good question or if she wasn't 100% sure the answer because some of the answers I received were not the best. I honestly felt like I was a great fit for this position but after the interview maybe it was a good thing I did not receive an offer.
