Interview process began with a recruiter call, then an interview with a VP. I did well and then did 4 more final round interviews. The people were nice, and the interviews were actually less technical than I expected. I did other data engineering final round interviews, and those interviews were more technical and was asked more specific questions and 'grilled' more than Sleep Number.
