The process was relatively laid back for a “part time” position, with discussion on previous experience, education, and just general small talk. I would recommend a confident approach, with abilities in dictation and oration shown, to support the sales role

Got accepted through Indeed, got called in for an interview then filled out a form before having the interview. Interview was only 5 mins long but the real one is your trial shift that you will have as that determines your ability to work here

Very friendly and not intimidating in the slightest. Legitimately feels like a natural conversation of trying to get to know you and whether you're a good fit as opposed to nonchalantly judging you with random questions
