I was hired during the Boy Scout of America litigation boom at the firm. I was fresh out of college and had just wrapped up my internship with the District Attorney's office. The firm was very welcoming. I met with the paralegal manager after my initial call, and 2 of the senior associates handling the department were present.

Very straightforward. I interviewed with the office manager and 2 attorneys. They were honest about the job and department and asked me sufficient questions regarding my experience and expectations. Interview lasted about 15 minutes.
