J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Portland, OR) en janv. 2016
Entretien
3 rounds of interviews - intro/coffee, phone screen with a specific practice leader, then an in office interview with 4 people sequentially. The interview process was pretty focused on getting to know you as a person, and determining both consultant qualities and culture/values fit, while allowing you as the interviewee to get to know a good cross-section of the people. The process moved along quickly, which I appreciated; it seemed like they were flexible on setting up the followup calls etc, but I didn't feel rushed. It was more like they gauged my interest level and timing needs and adjusted accordingly.

Question 1
The questions were pretty standard from a base interview perspective, describing project experience, leadership experience, etc. One thing I very much appreciated was that during the process they repeatedly asked what I am interested in, both from a position within the company perspective as well as from a growth perspective
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
