Gentle LinkedIn inquiry from Talent Acquisition Manager, followed by phone call. Few days later in person interview with Talent Acquisition Manager and Practice Area Lead. Very friendly, yet professional discussion (offsite, did not require travelling). A week later more in-person interviews with 4 other people from the same practice (Solution Principal, Practice Area Director and 2 more Practice Area Leads). A day later Offer Presentation by Practice Area Director, Talent Acquisition Manager and Practice Area Lead.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
