Entretien
The interview process was very smooth. Initial call with recruiter and getting to know about my background. The next round was more technical with a deep dive into my experience.
The next round was completely technical focusing on my machine learning engineering experience and tools Ive used to orchestrate ML pipelines and the nitty gritty details that go into it
The next round was behavioral which I answered using the STAR technique.
Final round was with the director of the department I was interviewing for which was more conversational and an opportunity for me to answer any questions I had about the company.

Questions related around my current work and in depth dive into the tools I've been using to orchestrate machine learning pipelines. Since Slalom is a consulting company, they are cloud agnostic. I was more familiar with GCP.
What is Vertex AI?
What limitations do you see in Vertex AI?
How would you create a pipeline in Vertex AI?
I think Vertex AI is GCP's service similar to AWS Sagemaker but i might be wrong.
