J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Austin, TX) en mai 2021
Entretien
The interview process took place over the course of 3 months, largely due to the fact that neither party was rushed to make a decision. My first conversation was informational with the hiring manager as the opportunity had been a referral, and the second was an interview with two of the recruiting team members. After that I had 4 additional conversations with various team members, and a final recap with the hiring manager. I had the opportunity to visit the office and grab some coffee during one meeting. After that, the hiring manager and a member of the recruiting team made an offer.
Throughout, the interviews felt much more like informal conversations than a berating of structured questions. The meetings were still extremely thorough, but I felt like the natural flow gave me a better opportunity to talk on my experience and values, while being exposed to a realistic view of the company culture.

Entretien
Met with 4 different Slalom employees. Had about a week in between each interview. 3 of the interviews we grabbed food and chatted. Seemed less like being interviewed and more like getting to know each other and grabbing lunch. I really enjoyed that.
