The process was really quick (which I liked the most) the entire process happened within a week. 2 tech rounds + one round with the Director of D&A. Intial tech round was mostly on AWS and lightly touched upon snowflake. But the second round was primarily on Snowflake

They try to mimic the SFDC interview process.
Very drawn out for a place that still has a lot of internal quirks that need to be worked out.
