Started with unsolicited e-mail by Slalom HR recruiter directly (not headhunter), then video internet calls:
(1) with HR,
(2) with management,
(3) with engineers,
(4) with HR for feedback (no show by Slalom),
I noticed some others on glassdoor mentioned similar no-shows.
Employees I talked with were all very nice people.
They keep mentioning workplace work-life balance rating is high.
Stressing this point at every stage of the interview is ... maybe too much?
Stressing diversity programs during interviews may be pre-mature.
The role itself and what the company has to offer (salary & benefits) is more important for most people.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
