I had 2 (two) very frustrating interview experiences with Slalom. During the first one, the recruiter simply forgot to attend the meeting and to reply to my emails, leaving me completely in the dark.
Moreover, my second interaction, started by being phone-screened by a very professional Recruiter, whom cordially apologized about her colleague and also promised me that "She wouldn't leave me hanging!".
Furthermore, the third-interview was done through the phone with a very knowledgeable and polite architect,followed-by a third in-person technical interview, with the same Architect and their Salesforce Practice-Lead which seems very technical and people-oriented (awesome guys).
My final interview was on the phone with Slalom's Mulesoft Practice Lead, which was extremely cultured about integrations and attentive about my professional past.
To conclude, everything went well between both parties (as per our last call), but unfortunately, Slalom was not expecting me to start immediately, but instead, they have asked me to wait for 2 weeks for a formal offer. Unfortunately, this something unrealistic in the Integration integration space, forcing me to no longer be part of their hiring process.
