Applied on their website, few days later got an email to set up a 30 min initial phone interview with a recruiter. He then set up an in person interview with the tech lead for the next week. In person interview was one on one informal talking about my history, my career interest the company and the job. few days later the recruiter called saying I did not get the position, and gave me feedback from the one on one.
