Applied online, two days later received an email from HR for first interview to determine fit. Process moved quickly with back to back interviews on the same day. References requested before last interview with Practice Leader.

Overall, Slalom is looking for a great fit (personality, experience, potential, EI) and they care about their culture and their consultants. I have never been a consultant before but my background and experience as a Director of Technical Delivery helped significantly.
