I submitted my resume & shortly after Lindsay with the Talent Acquisition team reached out to me to set-up an interview. I interviewed with her & then the individual currently in the position. I then interviewed with Ken on a different date. The next step was to meet with Steve & John. Lastly, I interviewed with Ryan. In total, I had 6 interviews. I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. Everyone was knowledgeable, very detailed, helpful in answering any questions, & friendly. It was clear that they are all extremely passionate & committed to Slalom, which is crucial to me when searching for a potential employer. Furthermore, I had a phenomenal experience with the recruiter, Lindsay. She was very prompt, responsive, great about answering any questions, transparent regarding the process & next steps, & kind.
