A very slick and well defined interview process. The team at Slalom got back to me quickly following each stage to provide feedback and explain the next steps. They were very accommodation of my availability.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of 3 parts; a telephone screening and 2 separate on-site face-to-face sessions (one technical, one behavioural) at their offices in London.
All 3 sessions were very positive and informative and gave me the opportunity to meet with and talk to 6 different members of the London team about rather aspects of myself, themselves and the company. This may sound intense but the entire process is incredibly relaxed and very conversational, as opposed to the more traditional question-answer type interview.
Personality and cultural-fit played a big part which was not only refreshing and encouraging but aligns well with the companies "human-centric" approach.
The overall experienced left me enthusiastic not only about the role, but also the company, the projects I'd be working on and the people I'd be working with.

Question-wise there were no problems. They are not trying to catch you out so just be honest and open with them about your experiences and what you're looking for (as they will be with you)
