J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (San Francisco, CA) en nov. 2012
Entretien
The process was very efficient and well-managed. I was referred through a friend, met with the recruiter over coffee, and then had a day of interviewing which consisted of a series of 45 min interviews with various leaders. I was very impressed with the effort they made to quickly make key people available to meet with me. It is clear that they highly value their employees and are careful to select people that will complement their culture. I found their questions to be very straight forward - understanding your experience, and equally important, what you are interested in doing

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (New York, NY) en mars 2012
Entretien
Plenty of contact from internal recruiter. Lots of handholding through process, multiple phone calls later met informally with recruiter and senior employee for coffee. Brought me in for an afternoon interview which seemed to have been scrambled a bit, that they were looking for other people to see me but they either begged out or were otherwise unavailable. Interview ended and we parted ways. Emailed and called recruiter with radio silence for three weeks. Got the call they were going to pass at 6pm on a Friday afternoon. Mild disappointment, tempered greatly by my poor impression of the process.
