I was approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn. The holidays fell in the middle of the process, so while my initial screening conversation was at the start of December, my final interviews were not until the third week of January. The interviews were followed by a step in the process called "desire to hire" during which Slalom was waiting for the right outlook in the pipeline before making a formal offer.
