I sent an email based on the open position I found on the unemployment Workforce website. I was contacted by the HR person and met with her in a coffee shop near her office. I then ad a phone interview and an in-person interview with the iring manager and a member of her team. I was offered the position a few weeks by email, but had to wait for about 5-6 weeks before I was given a start date. The team I work with is good, and the culture at the client site is relaxed. The team has good process documentation which is very helpful for a new person on the team.
