I met with three regional leaders and spoke with three outside employees in similar roles in other markets. We were early hires in this market so at the time, not many local colleagues.

There was no off the wall questions, but all were purposeful and relevant to what it takes to open a new market for a management and technology consulting firm. Also was quite personal, spent a lot of time getting to know me and my interest, making sure it is right for me as much as it about me being right for them. A different, but great interview experience!

Lots of interviews. i interviewed with multiple people. The process took a very long time and it was often unclear as to next steps. Overall, the interview questions were not difficult but it felt strange.
