Process started on June 2025, got 2 interviews, one with RRHH and a technical interview, after that they ghost me for 8 months and try to continue the process. "New" process were 2 interviews, one technical and one with the boss of that role. The changed completely the benefits, payscale and even the working shift.

Fue un proceso de tres etapas. La primera etapa fue con el reclutador, segunda etapa fue una entrevista tecnica. La tercera etapa es una entrevista tecnica y otra entevista como de comportamiento y soft skills.

En la ultima entrevista tecnica me hicieron diseñar un modelo de base datos de acuerdo a algunos requerimientos que me daba el entrevistador.
I interviewed with Slalom in 2025 for a consulting role, to be staff augmentation for a "large-client". The interviewer himself was pretty nice. The question that I got was valid palindrome. See my other interview questions for the other things asked.

Test cases for Valid Palindrome. Troubleshoot EMR (Application taking longer than expected), how would you debug it? They want though process. Spark filter and partition on a df. Reading and writing to a df. Personal experience part too
