The first email I received from them was a one-liner, "Hi xx, I haven't managed to get a hold of you!!?" Immediately I reported the email. Such unprofessionalism is pretty extreme. Eventually, I did get on an interview which was held on a public holiday in the country I reside in. It is not a big deal, but it shows how absent-minded the organiser for the interview was.
It was a phone interview with HR to gauge my interest, followed by two interviewers, one being the lead for the region and another being the role's reporting manager.

Process was very well documented and supported by the recruiting team; I had a coach and cheerleader from our initial conversation to signing and offer and starting the onboarding phase.
My interview loop included the following:
- Initial screen with the recruiter - intros and soft questions from both of us on the role, my background, etc.
- Team screen with the hiring manager - a bit of a deep dive on both my experience (technical and non-technical) and the role I was interviewing for.
- A 'take-home' project/presentation (to showcase technical and customer-facing skills, which are applicable to the role) which was well-defined and I was given a loose timeline of approx. 2 weeks to finish.
- A final presentation with the hiring manager and another manager - included a resume deep dive and presenting the take-home project/presentation.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slack

Recruiter reached out over Linkedin, I thought it was odd as I am in a different role than the advertised position, which is in professional services, so I overlooked it. Both recruiter and hiring manager reach out over email directly a few weeks later, again about the same role. Was intrigued at that point. I got in touch with the hiring manager to understand what the role entails. After two rounds of interviews, turns out the position is indeed a vanilla standard role in their professional services org. Why are you interviewing people who are themselves telling you they are not interested in such roles? Is this part of a hiring/screening quota? Quite the time waste, and disappointing on Slack's part.
