The take home assignment,product based questions,questions about my experience,debugging and troubleshooting,behavioral questions .This was the best interview experience ever!!!Everyone from the recruiter to everyone on the interview panel to the hiring manager embodied the Slack culture.I can’t wait to start working at Slack.

Interview involved take home exercise to write QA test plan before actual phone interview was set up. I had never used the product so I had to download and understand it first before I could do the exercise. There was one onsite and one zoom interview after the phone screen.
