Initial call with recruiter. Her questions were generic on program management and followup questions on my experience; shared about slack culture, team structure and hiring process. The second round was with Hiring Manager - who was very friendly and cordial. I shared few examples of my program management skills; situational/behavioral questions; metrics The third round was a take home exercise on program management. Unfortunately, I did not make it past third round. Overall great experience talking to the team. The positive culture of slack reflected in the employee’s mindset when they spoke to me.
