I was contacted by HR for a prescreen then an interview was scheduled. My first interview was with the CEO and HR, which was very conversational and focused on my experience and what I could bring to the role. The second interview was with the Controller, and it followed the same conversational style. I received an offer about 3–4 business days after completing the interview process.
