First they introduce the job details, open for questions/answers. Then, we had to wait outside for about 2 hours, there were 3 recruiters, and they would call one by one. It was about 5 questions of how we would handle a situation, or to tell a experience that we had, how we handle this situation, difficult customer, etc.

Long interview, but simple process. Found out about 2 weeks later as they had mentioned at the interview. Was there until midnight waiting for my turn so arrive early! Questions were straight forward
