I interviewed several years ago under a completely different leadership team. The process was extensive with an initial meet and greet screening and then an interview with a panel of principals. The process took months from the time that I submitted a resume. The process is completely different now. The school has a difficult time attracting quality employees, so they can't be as selective any more.

Interviews were conducted with the principal and teacher leads. A practice teaching session was held with a follow up review. Questions were asked by all participants. A follow up offer was made about 5 days after the initial interview.
