I applied online. The first stage of the process is a technical test which you’ll be free to complete in any programming language. The next stage is a 30-minute online interview where you’ll speak to a member of the graduate team about your passion for technology, past technology projects and your motivations for joining. If successful, the final stage is an on-site interview which includes one behavioural interview, one technical interview and a group discussion.

Friendly and open staff, seems to be a generally good place to work. First interview was a coding challenge (HackerRank), I then had an HR video call followed by an on-site interview. The on-site interview took an entire day and included group work with other candidates, attendance to a presentation on their graduate programme and two interviews: a technical, whiteboard one and an HR one. As opposed to standard practice, Skyscanner offered honest and relevant feedback when they decided not to give an offer.
