Contacted by recruiter and asked to suddenly solve some programming exercises with a deadline in two days, without any regard of the fact that I already have a job and I might be busy. Passed those we schedule a call and the recruiter doesn't show up, doesn't reply to any mail, then after 2 months of silence she casually asks if I'd like to continue the process. I gently declined to waste any more time.
