I recently had the pleasure of attending an interview for the Full Stack Developer position. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly positive, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and expertise of the interviewers.
The interview started with a cordial greeting from the recruiting manager, who quickly put me at ease with their kind attitude. They provided a brief overview of the company and the role before diving into the technical aspects of the interview.
The technical interview was conducted by a panel of two interviewers, each of whom demonstrated a deep understanding of full-stack development concepts and technologies. They asked insightful questions about my previous experience, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities. What stood out to me was their genuine interest in understanding my thought process and approach to solving problems rather than just focusing on specific technical knowledge.
